| 摘 要： | 目的了解本地区从业人员乙型肝炎病毒感染情况。方法以2007年本地区公共场所体检人员7438人为研究对象,分析不同性别、不同年龄组乙肝感染情况。结果从业人员中男性2 502人,乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性者79人,阳性率为3.16%,其中≤20岁组和21～30岁组阳性率较高,分别为4.78%、3.01%。女性4 936人,HBsAg阳性者65人,阳性率为1.32%,其中也以≤20岁组和21～30岁组阳性率较高,分别为:1.67%、1.41%。男性HBsAg感染情况明显高于女性,差别有统计学意义(x2=29.63 P0.05)。各年龄组间的差别无统计学意义。结论加大对从业人员的卫生监督管理,定期进行健康体检是非常必要的。
