白纹伊蚊(Aedes albopictus)实验室饲养研究

白纹伊蚊是传播登革出血热的重要媒介之一。目的 :建立白纹伊蚊实验室饲养品系 ,提供科研用蚊。在温度 2 5～ 2 6℃ ,相对湿度 72～ 80 % ,每日光照 12小时实验室条件下 ,观察结果显示 :卵、幼虫、肾期分别为 4天 ,9.5天和 2 .64天 ;孵化、化蛹及羽化率分别为 93 .46%、 87.60 %和 94.67% ,生殖营养周期 3天 ,雌、雄蚊存活天数 12～ 5 2天 ,6～ 2 8天。结论 :白纹伊蚊繁殖率高 ,繁殖快 ,寿命长 ,在实验室条件下较易饲养繁殖

STUDIES ON THE REARING OF AEDES ALBOPICTUS AT LABORATORY

The Laboratory rearing Ae. albopictus, in temperature, 25~26 degree centigrade; humidity, 72~80%, illumination: 12h/d, The results Show that the durations of egg, larver and pupae were 4d, 9.5d and 2.64 days respectively; The rates of hatching, pupation and emergence were 93.46%, 87.60% and 94.67% respectively; The reprodustion nutortion cycle Was 3d, The life span was 12~52d in female and 6~28d in male. The conclusion: Ae. albopictus has a high ration of the reproduction and its life span is very long etc, whose characterics are resulted that it is very easy to rear in the lab.
