摘    要:目的 :探讨不同样本中粉螨的分离方法。方法 :地脚粉采用光照驱螨法和振筛分离法 ,中药材 (板兰根 )采用电热集螨法和振筛分离法 ,红砂糖采用直接镜检法的水膜镜检法分别分离。结果 :光照驱螨法和振筛分离法的分离地脚粉各 30份 ,集螨数分别为 86 734± 136 5 9只 /样硒和 6 5 847± 16 80 6只 /样本 ,差异显著 (t=2 .75 ,P<0 .0 1) ;电热集螨法和振筛分离法分离中药材 (板兰根 )各 30份 ,集螨数分别为 1436 9± 186 5只 /样本和12 42 5± 32 78只 /样本 ,两者差异显著 (t=2 .75 ,P<0 .0 1) ;水膜镜检法和直接镜检法分离红砂糖各 30份 ,集螨数分别为 5 76 19± 6 2 74只 /样本和 4896 2± 985 3只 /样本 ,两者差异显著 (t=4.0 5 92 86 77,P<0 .0 1

Abstract:Objective: To explore techniques for separating food mites from different sampies. Methods: Samples of flour garbage were separated by lighten and tullgren, Samples of isatis root were separated by tullgren and shakesieve, and those of brown sugar were separated by waterenacopy and directicopy. Results: The mean number of food mites from flour garbage by lighten and tullgren was 86734±13659 and 65847±16809and 65847±16806 in each sample (t=2.75, P <0.01), The mean number of food mites from isatis root by tullgren and shakesieve was 14369±1865 and 12425±3278 in each sample (t=2.75, P <0.01). Conclusion: It is suggested that power samples like flour garbage should be separated by lighten, and that solid samples with large shape like Chinese medical herb should be separated by tullgren, and that soluble granular samples should be separated by waterenacopy.
