淡色库蚊溴氰菊酯抗性治理的初步研究

摘    要:目的:为了延缓和克服抗性的发生和发展,更好地选用卫生杀虫剂,控制卫生害虫,测定抗溴氰菊酯淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂混用的敏感性。方法:采用幼虫浸液法,以Finney机率分析软件计算LC_(50)结果:对溴氰菊酯+辛硫磷,溴氰菊酯+DDT,溴氰菊酯+PB+二氧威,二氯+马拉硫磷,二氯+巴沙+胺菊酯,二氯+PB+DDT,氯氰+丙体六六六,氯氰+残杀威,氯氰+PB+敌百虫,苄呋菊酯+辛硫磷+DDVP,苄呋菊酯+残杀威和苄呋菊酯+PB+丙体六六六的抗性系数分别为4.1125,6.3457,3.7274,11.2170,9.9935,16.1454,9.2030,7.7504,4.4743,3.9096,4.8611,6.5618。结论:当淡色库蚊对溴氰菊酯产生抗性后,拟除虫菊酯与有机磷或氨基甲酸酯类进行混用能取得较好的防治效果。

Abstract:Aim: Susceptibility to several common used insecticide mixtures of deltamethrin-resistant Culex pipiens pallens was determined to delay and overcome the occurrence and development of resistance, utilize the insecticides used on public health selectively and control hygiene insect pest. Method: Larva soaking method was used and Finney probit analyses software was used for LC50 calculation. Results ; The mosquito's resistant fac- tors to deltamethrin phoixm, deltamethrin DDT, deltamethrin PB dioxacarb, perme-thrin malathion, permethrin BPMC tetramethrin , permethrin PB DDT, cypermethrin thrin malathion,permethrin propoxur , cypermethrin PB trichlorphon , resmethrin phoxim DDVP,resmethrin propoxur and resmethrin PB BHCwere respectively4. 1125,6. 3457, 3. 7274,11.2170,9. 9935,16. 1454,9. 2030,7. 7504,4.4743,3. 9096,4. 8611,6. 5618. Conclusion; If the mosquito yields resistance to deltamethrin,mix use of syntyetic pyrethroids with organophosphate or carbamate insecticides may provide better efficacy.
