摘    要:目的在成功筛选出异养硝化细菌USTB05的基础上,本文重点在USTB05的发酵培养和活性进行了研究。结果表明,采用乙醇和氨氮分别作为碳源和氮源,发酵培养1天可以获得OD680nm38.0的高异养硝化菌生物量。培养出的菌细胞去除氨氮活性高达50mg/g/h,产生亚硝酸氮的活性达到9.6mg/g/h,在高效去除氨氮方面具有重要意义和应用价值。

Abstract:Objective Based on the isolation of a bacterial strain USTB05 of heterotrophic nitrification, the fermentation culture and nitrification activity of USTB05 were studied in this paper. It was shown that the high bacterial biomass of OD680nm 38.0 was obtained in 1 day when ethanol and ammonia were used as sole carbon and nitrogen sources, respectively. The activities of cultured cells for the removal of ammonia and the production of nitrite nitrogen were 50 mg/g/h and 9.6 mg/g/h, respectively, which is significant and has a potential in the application in the removal of ammonia.
