| 摘 要： | 目的了解安丘市2005～2009年麻疹流行特征,为制定麻疹防制对策提供科学依据。方法对2005～2009年安丘市法定传染病报告系统和免疫规划监测信息系统的麻疹疫情资料进行分析。结果2005～2009年安丘市共报告麻疹病例51例,年平均发病率为1.12/10万,2008年发病率最高为5.09/10万,呈散发状态;城区和城乡结合部发病率较高;3～5月份为发病高峰;发病最小年龄4月龄,最大年龄47岁,学龄儿童和20岁以上成年人为高发病人群。结论建议加强对人口集中且流动性大的城区和城乡结合部的免疫规划工作管理,做好入托入学儿童预防接种证查验和疫苗补种工作是降低安丘市麻疹发病率的重要措施。
