乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液安全性试验研究

摘    要:目的评价乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液的安全性。方法采用体外溶血试验,静脉血管刺激试验,全身过敏实验,异常毒性试验进行动物实验研究。结果乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液无溶血和过敏反应现象,对静脉血管无刺激性,对小鼠无异常毒性。结论乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液在该实验条件下是安全的。

Safety Evaluation of Levofloxacin Lactate and Sodium Chloride Injection

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the safety of Levofloxacin Lactate andSodium Chloride Injection.Method Aseries of animal experiments were Used for evaluating the drug saft,including hemolysis test in vitro,venousStimulating test,allerjic test and abnormal toxicity test. Results Levofloxacin Lactate and Sodium Chloride Injection had neither hemolysis nor allergic reaction phenomena. There was no stimulating effect on vessel was found in guinea pig and no abnoumal changes were observed in abnormal toxicity test in mice. Conclusions Under experimental condition,Levofloxacin Lactate and sodium Chloride Injection is safety.
