Wistar大鼠血液、生化指标及ICR小鼠免疫学指标正常参考值的研究

目的建立清洁级Wistar大鼠血液、生化正常参考值及ICR小鼠免疫学指标正常参考值。方法采用全自动生化分析仪及血细胞分析仪分别对8周龄雌、雄的大鼠的常用血液学指标及生化指标值进行检测;对ICR小鼠进行免疫学试验,以确定平均值及正常参考范围。结果雄性大鼠的血常规指标白细胞总数、谷草转氨酶均明显高于雌性大鼠;血清总蛋白、白蛋白及肌酐指标则是雌性大鼠高于雄性者;小鼠免疫学指标经分析,脾脏/体重比值、淋巴细胞增殖能力、NK细胞活性均偏低。结论本文为Wistar大鼠血常规、血清生化指标和ICR小鼠免疫学指标的测定数据,将为从事生物医药研究的科研人员提供基础对照参考值,同时为标准化鉴定和质量控制提供依据。

Investigation on the Range of Baseline Hematological Parameters and Serum Biochemical Values in Clean Wistar Rat and Immunolotgical Parameters in Clean ICR mice

Objective To establish the normal hematological indexes and biochemical indexes of clean Wistar rat of clean Wistar and the normal immunological indexes in Clean ICR mice.Methods100 male and 100 female clean Wistar rats and 64 female ICR mice of 8 weeks old were selected.The indexes of hematology and biochemistry of clean Wistar of clean Wistar and that of immunology of ICR mice were measured.Results TWBC and AST were much higher in male rats than in females(P<0.01),while the TSP and AL and Cr in males were lower in male rats than in females(P<0.01).The ratio of Spleen and BW and ability of lymphocyte proliferation and activity of NK in mice were low.ConclusionThe normal value ranges of these indexes are accurate and reliable and can be widely used in food science toxicology and other related areas.
