德宏州布鲁氏菌病血清流行病学调查分析

摘    要:目的查明德宏州是否有布鲁氏菌病流行及流行现状,为防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用试管凝集试验检测布鲁氏菌病抗体,并进行个案调查及分析。结果 1992-2010年检测从事畜牧业高危人群血清2 447份,阳性43份,阳性率1.76%,几何平均滴度1∶141。传染源主要是猪,其次是牛和羊。结论德宏州有人间布鲁氏菌病流行,要针对疫情开展防治工作。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the prevalence and epidemic trend of brucellosis in Dehong Prefecture and provide scientific basis for prevention and control.Method Brucella antibody was detected by standard tube agglutination test(SAT),case study performed and analyzed.Results 2 447 serum samples were collected and determined from high risk people worked for animal husbandry.Among them,43 of samples(1.76%) were positive.The average geometrical titer was 1∶141.Principal source of infection was pig,second were cow and sheep.Conclusions This study confirmed that human brucellosis prevalence in Dehong prefecture.We should take specific measures to prevent and control the disease.
