鄢陵县1997-2011年艾滋病疫情分析

目的了解鄢陵县艾滋病的流行趋势和主要传播方式,为制订艾滋病预防措施提供理论依据。方法从"艾滋病综合防治数据信息管理系统"导出全县报告病例数据库,收集、汇总、核实HIV/AIDS的流行病学资料,采用SPSS13.0软件对病例资料进行分析。结果鄢陵县1997-2011年共报告HIV/AIDS病例205例,其中死亡78例;男女性别比为1.33∶1;农民167例,占81.46%;2007年后新发现的HIV/AIDS以性传播为主;205例HIV/AIDS病例确认HIV抗体阳性时平均年龄为40.86岁,已死亡HIV/AIDS病例的平均年龄为44.43岁,报告HIV抗体确认阳性日期到其死亡平均时间为1.05年。结论鄢陵县艾滋病疫情呈低流行状态,部分地区呈现家庭聚集性。HIV/AIDS的传播途径从有偿供血、输血为主转变为以性传播为主。

Analysis on AIDS epidemics in Yanling County from 1997 to 2011

Objective To understand the epidemic trend of AIDS and main transmission routes in Yanling County and provide theoretical basis for formulating prevention measures of AIDS.Method Derive the reported data base from the Data Management System for Integrated Prevention and Control of AIDS.Collect,summarize and check the epidemiological data of HIV/AIDS,and analyze the information through SPSS 13.0 software.Results 205 HIV/AIDS cases were reported from 1997 to 2011 and 78 cases died in Yanling County.The sex ratio between male and female was 1.33∶ 1,and 167 cases were famers,accounting for 81.46%.The disease was mainly transmitted by sex after 2007.The average age of the 205 cases confirmed to be HIV antibody positive was 40.86,and the average age of dead cases was 44.43.The average time from the patient was confirmed to be HIV antibody positive to death was 1.05 years.Conclusions The epidemics of AIDS in Yanling County remained at a low level,and presented familial aggregation in some areas.The main transmission route was changed from blood transfusion to sex.
