| 摘 要： | 目的 旅客列车德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗性测定。方法 采用WHO推荐的测定杀虫剂敏感性的标准方法。结果 德国小蠊对常用10种杀虫剂的KT50值范围为25’28”～143’9”。R/S值范围为0.51～21.33。结论 旅客列车德国小蠊对常用10种杀虫剂都已程度不同地产生了抗药性,溴氰菊酯对德国小蠊的抗性最低,在药物灭蟑工作中可考虑选用。

| Abstract: | Objective: determination of the resistance of Germen cockroach in passenger train to common insecticides. Methods: the standard method for determining the sensibility of insecticides recommended by WHO. Results : the range of KT50 value of Germen cockroach to ten of common insectici ofcommon insecticides is 25'28"-143'9"and the range of R/S value is 0. 51-32. 33. Conclusion: Ger-mem cockroach in passenger train has the resistance to ten of common insecticides in varying degrees. The resistance of deltamethrin is the lowest, which can be considered to be used in roach-destroying with chemicals. |
