摘    要:目的减少哨鼠损失,确保江苏省血吸虫病监测预警体系的科学性。方法以常州市新北区省级血吸虫感染监测预警点的监测资料为基础,结合哨鼠投放点的水文、气象、滩情及其它可能影响因素,分析导致哨鼠损失的可能因素。结果结果 2009-2011年每年5~9月,每月连续投放3d,每天投放时间10:00~15:00,共投放哨鼠300只,损失哨鼠11只、逃逸找回9只。通过对监测资料、滩情、长江潮汐等因素分析,因潮汐、滩情影响损失7只,逃逸找回7只;其它因素影响死亡4只、逃逸找回2只。结论投放点的潮汐、滩情影响是哨鼠死亡的主要原因,选择滩面深陡的投放点,掌握涨退潮的时间,在涨退潮快速期加强巡查是提高哨鼠成活回收的关键因素。

Abstract:Objective To reduce the loss of sentry mice,and ensure the scientificity of schistosomiasis monitoring and warning system in Jiangsu Province.Method Analyze the possible factors of sentry mice loss based on the monitoring data of provincial schistosome infection monitoring and warning point,and combined with hydrological,meteorological,beach condition and other possible influencing factors.Results Put 300 sentry mice at 10∶ 00~15∶ 00 each day for 3 continuous days every month from May to September in 2009-2011.11 sentry mice were lost and 7 were found again.Through analysis of monitoring data,beach condition,tide of the Yangtze River and other factors,we found that 7 mice were lost by the influence of tides and beach condition and all of the 7 mice were found;and 4 mice were lost by the influence of other factors and 2 were found.Conclusions Tide and beach condition were the main death causes of sentry mice.Choosing steep testing point,mastering the time of tides,strengthening inspection in the rapid period of tide change were key factors to improve the survival of sentry mice.
