2006年河北省突发公共卫生事件流行病学特点分析

目的分析河北省突发公共卫生事件的流行病学特点,为防制及有效处理突发公共卫生事件提供科学依据。方法收集2006年河北省各市、县(市区)疾病预防控制中心突发公共卫生事件疫情报告数据与资料,进行汇总和流行病学特征分析。结果2006年河北省突发公共卫生事件发生215起(不含未分级),发病病例6802例、死亡54例。传染病疫情占64.6%,食物中毒事件50起(占23.2%);职业中毒和其他中毒9起。农村发生129起(60%),城市包括县级市86(40%)。学校和托幼机构突发公共卫生事件发生为大多数,共占61.86%。结论2006年河北省突发公共卫生事件发生总数明显高于2005年,全省各市均有发生,5~6月份、9月份和12月份发生事件较多。尤其发生在乡镇、县级小学和市级小学的传染病事件发生较多。
