云南省澜沧江下游地区人及动物血清虫媒病毒抗体调查

目的 :对澜沧江下游地区的思茅和西双版纳两地州进行虫媒病毒抗体调查 ,了解当地虫媒病毒的流行情况。方法 :采集人及动物血清 ,用ELISA和血凝抑制试验检测抗体。结果 :发热病人血清中 ,乙型脑炎 (JE)、登革 3型 (DEN3)、DEN4、基孔肯雅 (CHIK)、辛德毕斯 (SIN)、贝巴鲁 (BEB)、雪鞋野兔 (SSH)和巴泰 (BAT)病毒抗体的阳性率依次为 7.5 0 %、5 .0 0 %、1.6 7%、3.33%、2 .5 0 %、1.6 7%、5 .0 0 %和 4 .17% ;未查到DEN1、DEN2和寨卡 (Zika)病毒抗体。正常人血清JE、墨累山谷脑炎 (MVE)、库京 (KUN)、DEN、圣路易脑炎 (SLE)、科萨努尔森林病 (KFD)、森林脑炎 (RSSE)、兰加特 (LAG)、波瓦生 (POW )、马雅罗 (MAY)、CHIK、SIN、委内瑞拉马脑炎 (VEE)、西门利克森林病(SFD)和格塔 (GET)病毒抗体阳性率依次为 34.88%、、35 .0 3%、2 0 .81%、9.2 5 %、1.78%、12 .4 6 %、4 .76 %、2 .85 %、2 .4 9%、2 1.71%、11.0 3%、1.93%、2 .4 9%、2 .4 9%、3.2 0 %。从恒河猴血清中检出DEN、KUN、RSSE、KFD、POW、LAG、CHIK和GET病毒抗体 ,阳性率以DEN4、KUN和RSSE为高。棕果蝠血清中查到JE、DEN4、RSSE、POW和LAG病毒抗体 ,JE的阳性率最高。猪血清中查到JE、DEN和CHIK抗体。黄胸鼠血清检出JE、KFD、CHIK和SIN病毒抗体 ,

Investigation on the Antibodies Against Arboviruses in Sera of Human being and Animal in the Lower Reaches Area of Lancang River in Yunnan Province

Objective:To analyze the epidemic situation of arboviruses,the antibodies against arboviruseshad been investigated in Simao and Xishuangbanna prefectures in the lower reaches area of Lancang river,Yunnan province,China.Method:ELISA and hemagglutination inhibition(HI) tests.Results:The postive rates of the antibodies against JE、DEN3、DEN4、CHIK、SIN、BEB、SSH and BAT viruses in fever patient sera are 7.50%、5.00%、1.67%、3.33%、2.50%、1.67%、5.00% and 4.17% respectively.The positive rates of the antibodies against JE、MVE、KUN、DEN、SLE、KFD、RSSE、LAG、POW、MAY、CHIK、SIN、VEE、SFD and GET viruses in normal person sera are 34.88%、、35.03%、20.81%、9.25%、1.78%、12.46%、4.76%、2.85%、2.49%、21.71%、11.03%、1.93%、2.49%、2.49%、3.20% repectively.Antibodies against DEN、KUN、RSSE、KFD、POW、LAG、CHIK and GET viruses were detected in sera of Macaca mulatta.Antibodies against JE、DEN4、RSSE、POW and LAG viruses were detected in sera of bat (Rousettus leschenaulti). Antibodies against JE、 DEN and CHIK viruses were detected in sera of pig.Antibodies against JE、KFD、CHIK and SIN viruses were detected in sera of rodent(Rattus flavipectus).Conclusion:In addition to the existence of JE、DEN、CHIK、SIN and BAT viruses the results clearly showed that many kinds of arboviruses including mosquito-borne alphavirus,flavivirus and bunyavirus as well as tick-borne flavivirus and Nairovirus might exist in the lower reaches area of Lancang river,Yunnan province.
