不同剂量阿维菌素原药对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响

目的研究不同剂量阿维菌素原药对昆明小鼠体液免疫功能的影响。方法昆明小鼠30只，随机分为A、B、c、D4组，每组10只。A组按照20mg／kg阿维菌素剂量对昆明小鼠进行染毒，B组按照10mg／kg阿维菌素剂量对昆明小鼠进行染毒，C组按照5mg／kg阿维菌素剂量对昆明小鼠进行染毒，D组给予昆明小鼠植物油替代阿维菌素作为阴性对照组。经口给药28d，比较4组半数溶血值（HC50）测定、抗体生成细胞检测（PFC）、白细胞（WBC）、总蛋白（TP）、白蛋白（Alb）、免疫球蛋白G（IgG）、免疫球蛋白M（IgM）的水平。结果A组HC50、PFC、WBC、TP、ALB、tsG、IgM的水平均低于D组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05），且B组TP、tgG亦低于D组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论给予昆明小鼠20mg／kg剂量的阿维菌素原药可对其免疫起到抑制作用。

Influences on different doses of avermectin active compound on the humoral immune function in mice

Objective To study the different dosages avermectin technical effect of the humoral immune function in Kunming mice. Methods 30 Kunming mice were randomly divided into A, B, C, D 4 groups, each group of 10. In accordance with the group A 20 mg/kg avermectin dose in Kunming mice infected; Group B according to the 10 mg/kg avermectin dose in Kunming mice infected; group C according to the 5 mg/kg avermectin dose in Kunming mice infected ; group D was given vegetable oil instead of avermectin in Kunming mice as the negative control group. Through the mouth for 28 days, compare the four groups half hemolysis （HCS0） value determination, antibody generation cell detection （PFC）, white blood ceils （WBC）, total protein （TP）, albumin （alb）, immunoglobulin G （IgG）, the level of immunoglobulin M （IgM） . Restdts Group A HC50, PFC, WBC, TP, propagated, IgG, IgM levels are lower than that of group D, differences had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）, and group B is lower than that of group D, TP, IgG diff had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusions To Kunming mice 20 mg/kg dose of avermectin technical can be immune to its inhibition effect.
