肖厝口岸蝇类本底调查报告

摘    要:目的掌握肖厝口岸的蝇类本底情况,为口岸蝇类的防制提供科学依据。方法从2006年1月-2006年12月,采用蝇笼诱捕法,对肖厝口岸的蝇类种群分布和季节消长进行了调查。结果本次调查共捕获蝇类9315只,隶属4科10属13种,优势蝇种为舍蝇,占捕获蝇总数的37.48%;蝇密度随季节消长,平均密度为77.63只/笼;在3、8、10月份出现3个高峰期;不同生境的蝇密度也各不相同。结论此次调查填补了肖厝口岸医学媒介资料的空白,为进一步开展蝇类媒介传染病监测提供了依据;搞好媒介生物控制工作的关键是根据当地的自然环境和媒介生物随季节的特点,采取综合防制措施,才能有效地降低蝇密度,从而控制病媒疾病的发生和流行。

Abstract:Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the background information of flies in XiaoCuo Port and provide scientific basis for future control.Methods From Jan.2006 to Dec.2006 the lure-box method was used to investigate the density,species and seasonal growth and decline of the flies in Xiaocuo Port.Results In total,9315 flies of different families are caught.It has been identified that these 9315 flies belonged respectively to 13 species,10 genera and 4 families.Musca domestica vicina Macq is a dominant species,taking account of 37.48 percentages of all flies caught.The density of the flies changes with the passing of seasons.The average density is 77.63 in each lure-box.It has been investigated that there are three reproduction peaks,occurring respectively in March,August,and October.Conclusion The investigation has enriched medical information on vectors in Xiaocuo Port,and provide scientific basis for further control of epidemics carried by the flies.The key point in the mission of controlling biological vectors is to take integrated measures according to the features of both local natural environment and the seasonal growth of vectors.Only by this way can we decrease the density of the flies effectively and prevent the epidemics caused by the vectors from happening and spreading.
