德宏州2010年以来狂犬病流行态势分析

目的分析德宏州狂犬病流行态势,为制订防控措施提供科学依据。方法收集2010年1月-2011年6月全州狂犬病疫情资料,并进行统计分析。结果全州发生狂犬病2例;发现病犬10只,病犬咬伤居民43人、犬6只、黄牛1头;检验病犬脑组织3份、病牛脑组织1份,检出狂犬病毒4株;对犬伤者接种狂犬疫苗41份。疫情分布于4个县市8个乡镇9个自然村。结论德宏州狂犬病出现明显的上升趋势,需加强落实各项防治措施。

Analysis on the epidemic situation of rabies in Dehong Prefecture since 2010

Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of rabies in Dehong Prefecture and provide a science basis for establishing rabies control and prevention measures.Method Collecting the epidemic data from January 2010 to June 2011 of Dehong Prefecture and carried out statistical analysis.Results 2 human rabies cases were reported,and 10 rabid dogs were found.43 persons,6 dogs and 1 cattle were bitten by rabid dogs.4 brain tissues from 3 rabid dogs and 1 cattle were tested and 4 virus strains were found.41 persons bitten by rabid dogs inoculated rabies vaccine.9 natural villages in 8 townships of 4 counties(cities) were involved in rabies epidemic.Conclusions A distinct ascend trend of rabies epidemic appeared and rabies prevention and control measures should be carried out and strengthened in Dehong Prefecture.
