2010—2012年唐山市丰润区手足口病流行病学特征

目的分析唐山市丰润区2010-2012年3236例手足口病患儿的流行病学特征，为制定手足口病的防控措施提供科学依据。方法利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统、病例个案调查和现场调查数据分析手足口病的流行病学特征。结果2010—2012年共报告手足口病病例3236例，3年报告发病率分别为94．8／10万、154．7／10万、94．9／10万。手足口病发病主要集中在6—7月份，男性多于女性（性别比为1．64：1），0—4岁儿童占88．7％（2860／3226）、散居儿童占79．2％（2563／3226）100例实验室确诊病例中，44例感染肠道病毒EV71型、20例为CoxAl6型、36例为其他肠道病毒。结论唐山市丰润区2011年手足口病发病率高于2010年和2012年，低龄、散居儿童为主要发病人群。对低龄手足口病患儿应注意观察病情进展，有条件的及时采样进行病原学检测。

Epidemic characteristics of hand- foot- mouth disease in Fengrun area of Tangshan city during 2010 2012

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of 3, 236 hand- foot- mouth disease （HFMD） in Fengrun from 2010 to 2012, to provide evidence for prevention and control of this disease. Meth- ods The epidemic characteristics of HFMD cases were analyzed by the data offered by China disease preven- tion and control information system, including cases and on - site investigation. Results Totally 3, 236 cases of HFMD were reported from 2010 to 2012, the reported incidence of 3 years were 94.8/100, 000 , 154.7/ 100, 000 and 94.9/100, 000 respectively. The HFMD cases were mainly concentrated on June to July, more male than female （ 1.64：1 ）, children aged 0-4 years take 88.7% （2 860/3 226）, scattered children take 79.2% （2 563/3 226）, in the 100 laboratory - confirmed cases, 44 cases were EV71, 20 cases were CoxA16 and 36 cases were other enterovirus. Conclusions It was showed that the incidence of HFMD of Fen-grun area in Tangshan city boosted in 2011 comparing with 2010 and 2012, the cases mainly appeared in low aged and scattered children. State of illness should be observed to the low aged HFMD children, to detect the etiology in time by using samples conditionally.
