河北省突发公共卫生事件应急指挥系统信息化建设探讨

目的探讨突发公共卫生事件综合应急指挥系统的信息化建设。方法从河北省卫生应急工作存在的问题人手，探讨系统建设的业务功能的实现。结果提出突发公共卫生事件应急指挥系统信息化建设的新思路。结论以信息化方式构建突发公共卫生应急综合指挥系统，实现卫生应急资源信息集中存储、共享、统一调配，为决策者能够及时、科学、高效地应对突发公共卫生事件提供技术平台。

Informatization of Hebei province emergency command system for public health emergencies

Objective To discuss the informatization of the emergency command system for public health emergencies in Hebei province. Methods The overall functions of the system were designed on the basis of the current problems and to discuss the realization of the system construction. Results A new idea for the construction of the emergency command system for public health emergencies was put forward. Conclusions Informatized emergency command system for public health emergencies to achieve public health resource information centrally stored, shared, unified deployment, provide technology platform for decision -makers to deal with public health emergencies timely, scientifily and effectively.
