多飞剋对印鼠客蚤杀灭效果试验研究

目的:观察杀虫剂多飞剋对印鼠客蚤实验室的杀灭效果。方法:用甁膜法。结果:(1)半数致死浓度LC50:0.00023942%(0.000027331%---0.00020973%);(2)随着药物浓度的逐渐增加,KT50呈现有规律的缩短,24小时死亡率也逐渐增高;(3)当药物浓度为0.00125%、0.0025%、0.005%、0.01%时,KT50在7分钟以内,9分钟内击倒均大于87.0%,24小时死亡率均大于87.0%,24小时死亡率均大于94.0%;(4)残效:0.0025%、0.005%、0.01%三种浓度210天内残效实验30分钟内的击倒率均为100.0%,120天残效的24小时死亡率均大于90.0%;结论:多飞剋10%乳油对印鼠客蚤杀灭效果较好,具有高效、速杀、残效较好等优点,可用于大面积来蚤。

Studies on the Toxicity of Permethrin to Xenopsylla cheopis

objetive: the paper reported the results of study on the toxitocy of permethrin to Xenospylly cheopis in the laboratory.Methods: The residual smearing method is used in the laboratory.Results: ① The LC50 of Permethrin is 0.00023942%(0.00027331%~0.00020973%).②The KT50 is getting shorter and shorter with the concentration gradually creasing,and the death rates of 24 huors are getting higher and higher.③ When the concentration of Permethrin are0.00125%,0.0025%,0.005%and0.01%,the KT50 <7 minutes,and the shoot down rates of 9 minutes>87.0%,the death rates of 24 hours>94.0%.④when the concentration of Permethrin are 0.0025%,0.005%and0.01%,the shoot down rates of 30 minutes in 210days are 100%,the death rates of 24 huors in 120 days>90.0%.Conclusion: The toxitocy of permethrin to Xenospylly cheopis is very good and Permethrin can be used to control the plague in the field.
