脑循环治疗联合低周波治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病患者的疗效

目的观察脑循环治疗联合低周波治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法椎动脉型颈椎病患者60例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。对照组采用常规药物治疗，治疗组在对照组用药基础上，同时接受脑循环治疗仪和低周波治疗仪治疗。采用经颅多普勒超声（TCD）与颈椎病临床评价量表（CASCS）评定疗效。结果治疗组治愈率为93．3％（28／30例），对照组治愈率为63．3％（19／30例），治疗组CASCS各项评分均显著改善（P〈0．01），且显著好于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论脑循环治疗联合低周波治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效较单用药物显著。

Effect of cerebral circulation therapy and low frequency therapy on patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type

Objective To evaluate the effect of cerebral circulation therapy and low frequency therapy on patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods Sixty patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were randomly divided into control group and treatment group （n=30 each）. In control group, routine drugs therapy was given. In treatment group, cerebral circulation therapy and low frequency therapy were added on the basis of routine drugs therapy. Before and after the therapy, all the patients were examinated by Doppler ultrasound and were examihated by clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis （CASCS）. Results 28/30 cases（93.3%） and 19/30 cases（63.30% ） were cured in the treatment group and the control group respectively. The CASCS in the treatment group was improved significantly （P〈0.01）, and was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effect of cerebral circulation therapy combined with low frequency therapy is better than that of drug therapys alone on patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
