膝关节镜清理术后关节腔内三氧浴法治疗膝骨性关节炎

摘    要:目的探讨膝关节镜清理术后关节腔内三氧浴法治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法膝骨性关节炎患者163例随机分为两组,即膝关节镜清理术后关节腔内三氧浴法组(治疗组)与单纯膝关节镜清理术组(对照组)。分别于术后进行随访,比较两组治疗前及治疗后VAS评分及Lysholm膝关节功能评分并评定疗效。结果两组患者治疗后1、2、3个月VAS评分与治疗前相比明显降低(P〈0.01);术后6、12个月膝关节镜清理术后关节腔内三氧浴法治疗组患者Lysholm总评分分别为(86.34±1.89)、(76.79±1.95)分,只做关节清理术患者总评分分别为(63.77±4.44)、(59.96±2.44)分,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论膝关节镜清理术后关节腔内三氧浴法治疗膝骨性关节炎可明显提高疗效和改善关节活动度,是一种疗效确切、安全、有效的方法。

Treatment of knee osteoarthritis with arthroscopic clearance operation and ozone irrigation in articular cavity

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of arthroscopic clearance operation and ozone irrigation in the articular cavity on treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods 163 patients with knee osteoarthritis according to random number table were randomly divided into two groups, one with arthroscopic clearance operation and medical ozone, the other with arthroscopic clearance operation only. VAS and Lysholm knee score were compared before and after the treatment. Results VAS showed significantly statistic difference between the two groups before and 6, 12 months after the treatment(P〈0.01). Lysholm knee score were 86.34±1.89 and 76.79±1.95 in the group with the combined method 3,6 months after treatment respectively, and 63. 774±4.44 and 59.96±2.44 in the group treated with joint clearance only, which were statistic difference significantly (P〈0.05). Conclusion Arthroseopic clearance operation combined with medical ozone irrigation in the articular cavity can improve the knee joint function, which is an effective, safe method for treating knee osteoarthritis.
