透视下星状神经节阻滞治疗雷诺病的疗效观察

目的观察在透视下作星状神经节阻滞对雷诺病的疗效。方法将36例雷诺病患者分成治疗组20例，在透视下用局麻药由气管旁进针作星状神经节阻滞。对照组16例，采用中西药治疗。结果治疗组有效率95％（19／20例），对照组有效率81％（13／16例），P〈0．05差异有统计学意义。结论在X线透视下作星状神经阻滞对治疗雷诺病是一种准确安全有效的方法。

Clinical observation of stellate ganglion block guided by X-ray to treat Raynaud's disease

Objective To study the efficacy of stellate ganglion block （SGB） on Raynaud＇s disease under the guidance of X- ray. Methods Thirty- six patients with Raynaud＇ s disease were divided into treatment group （20 cases） and control group （16 cases）. In the treatment group the patients were treated with SGB by injecting 1% lidocaine 10 ml through the paratracheal approach. Once per day and twelve times were a course of treatment. The result was evaluated after a month. In the control group the patients were treated with drugs. Results In the treatment group and control group, the cure rates were 95 % （19/20 cases） and 81% （13/16 cases） respectively, the difference was statistical significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Stellate ganglion block guided by X- ray is an accurate, effective and safe method for treatment of Raynaud＇s disease.
