射频热凝联合医用三氧消融术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛37例

目的 观察射频热凝联合医用三氧消融术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的近期及长期疗效.方法 行射频热凝联合医用三氧消融术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛患者37例,于术后1、6及12个月时随访,采用VAS评分及改良MacNab评价标准评估疗效.结果 术中及术后均未出现明显不良反应.术后各时间VAS评分较术前有明显好转,差异有统计学差异（P＜0.05）；术后1、6及12个月时的优良率分别为70.3％（26/37例）、78.4％（29/37例）和81.1％（30/37例）.结论 射频热凝联合医用三氧消融术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛术后近期及长期疗效确切、稳定且并发症少.

Radiofrequency thermocoagulation ablation combined with medical ozone injection in the treatment of patients with disco-genic low back pain： report of 37 cases

Objective To observe the short-term and long-term efficacy of radiofrequency thermocoagulation ablation combined with medical ozone injection in the treatment of patients with discogenic low back pain. Methods Thirty-seven patients with discogenic low back pain were re- ceived radiofrequency thermocoagulation ablation combined with medical ozone injection. VAS and modified MacNab score were recorded at 1, 6 and 12 months follow-up after the treatment. Results No adverse effects were found during and after operation. Compared with pre-treatment, VAS was significantly lower after the treatment （P〈0.05）. The excellent and good rates were 70.3% （26/37 cases） ,78.4% （29/37 cases） and 81.1% （30/37 cases） at 1, 6 and 12 months follow-up respectively. Conclusion The short-term and long-term efficacy of radiofrequency thermocoagulation ablation combined with medical ozone injection is exact and stable in the treatment of discogenic low back pain with fewer adverse effects.
