医用臭氧治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

目的观察医用臭氧(O3)治疗膝骨性关节炎(OA)的临床疗效。方法选择48例膝骨性关节炎患者,随机分为A组(对照组)和B组(治疗组),每组24例,其中A组关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠20 mg／周,连续5次为1疗程,B组关节腔内注射40 ml(40μg／ml)的医用臭氧,比较两组病例治疗前及治疗后1、2、3月VAS和治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后VAS与治疗前相比明显降低 (P<0．01),在治疗后第2个月和第3个月同一时点,B组与A组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0．05 和P<0．01)。两组患者膝关节功能的优良率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05),总有效率(优 良)差异无意义,全部患者未见明显的不良反应和副作用。结论医用臭氧治疗膝骨性关节炎能有效解除关节疼痛,改善关节活动度,临床疗效满意,并且操作简便、成本低、见效快、无明显副作用, 是一种治疗膝骨性关节炎的好方法。

The therapeutic effect of medical ozone on knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of medical ozone (O3) on knee osteoarthritis(OA).Methods Forty-eight OA patients were randomly divided into group A (control group) or group B(treatment group),with 24 patients in each group. The patients in group A were treated by intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronate(SH) 20 mg once a week for five consecutive weeks;the patients in group B were treated by intracavitary injection of medical ozone(O3) 40ml(concentration 40uuuuuuuuuug/ ml).The VAS and therapeutic efficacy were compared before the treatment with after the treatment 1,2,3 months. Results The VAS showed significant statistic difference between the two groups before and after the treatment,and group B had a lower VAS than group A.Although knee joint function was improved more in group B,the total efficiency did not show difference in two groups.No obvious side effects were observed in all patients.Conclusion Medical ozone injected intracavitary can effectively relieve the joint pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis and improve the joint movable degree,with satisfied clinical therapeutic effect,low cost and no obvious side effects.
