| 摘 要： | 目的观察星状神经节治疗疼痛性与一些非疼痛性慢性病的临床效果和安全性。方法选择诊断明确的慢性病患者2 420例,全部采用气管旁入路,注入1%利多卡因7 ml,10次为1疗程,隔日1次,疗程全部结束半个月后进行疗效判定,作为最终结果。结果2 420例患者,20 000次星状神经节阻滞,出现霍纳（Horner）综合征19 878次,出现率99.4%。喉返神经阻滞11 49例,占5.7%;背痛（脊神经损伤）1 137次,占5.6%;臂丛神经阻滞344次,占1.7%;膈神经阻滞81例,占0.40%。结论SGB是治疗临床某些疼痛性与非疼痛性慢性病的一种安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of stellate ganglion block（SGB） on chronic pain and some painless diseases. Methods 2 420 patients with chronic pain and some painless diseases were treated with SGB by injecting 1% lidocaine 7 ml through the paratracheal approach. Once per two days and ten times were a course of treatment. The result was evaluated after half a month. Results 2 420 patients were treatrd with stellate ganglion block 20 000 times and Hornet＇s syndrome was revealed in 19 878 times （99.4%）. The complications included 1 149 times of recurrent laryngeal nerve block（5.7%）;1 137 times of dorsal pain（5.6%） ; 344 times of brachial plexus block （1.7%）; 81 times of phrenic nerve block （0. 40%）. Conclusion Stellate ganglion block is an effective method for treatment of chronic pain and some painless diseases. |
