芬太尼透皮贴剂和硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗中、重度癌痛的疗效比较

目的比较芬太尼透皮贴剂与硫酸吗啡缓释片对中、重度癌痛患者的治疗效果。方法中、重度癌痛患者94例随机分为两组，分别采用芬太尼透皮贴剂（FT组）与硫酸吗啡缓释片（MO组）治疗，记录并比较两组疼痛缓解率、不良反应发生率及对生活质量的影响。结果FT组疼痛缓解率86．7％（39／45例），MO组87．8％（36／41例）。两组患者生活质量均明显改善，FT组不良反应发生率较MO组低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论芬太尼透皮贴剂与硫酸吗啡缓释片疗效相当，均能有效控制中、重度癌痛，但芬太尼透皮贴剂不良反应少。

Comparing the analgesic efficacy of transdermal fentanyl and oral controlled-release morphine sulfate in the treatment of patients with middle or severe cancer pain

Objective To compare the analgesic efficacy of fentanyl transdermal system and oral morphine sulfate controlled-release tablet in the treatment of patients with middle or severe cancer pain. Methods Ninety-four patients were randomly assigned into two groups, and treated with fentanyl transdermal system （group FT） and oral morphine sulfate controlled-release tablet （group MO） respectively. The rates of pain relief, adverse effects and the qualities of life were recorded in the two groups. Results The rates of pain relief were 86.7% （39/45 cases） and 87.8% （36/41 cases） in group FT and MO respectively. Quality of life was improved obviously after the treatment in all the patients. The rate of adverse effects in group FT was significantly less than that in the group MO （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of transdermal fentanyl is comparable to controlled- release morphine sulfate, but with fewer adverse effects.
