摘    要:目的 观察CT引导下经皮穿刺双极射频热凝成形术联合医用三氧注射治疗颈、腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 颈、腰椎间盘突出症患者87例,采用CT引导下经皮穿刺双极射频热凝成形术联合三氧注射治疗,分别于术后3、90、180 d行疗效评价.结果 术后180 d时的优良率(89.6%,78/87例)高于术后3 d(75.9%,66/87例)、90 d(79.3%,69/87例)时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后180 d时,颈、腰椎间盘突出症患者优良率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 CT引导下经皮穿刺双极射频热凝成形术联合三氧注射治疗颈、腰椎间盘突出症是一种安全有效的方法.

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of percutaneous bipolar radiofrequency thermo- plasty combined with medical ozone injection under the CT guidance in the treatment of patients with cervical or lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Eighty-seven patients with cervical or lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were received the percutaneous bipolar radiofrequency thermo- plasty combined with medical ozone injection under the CT guidance. The efficacy was evaluated at 3, 90, 180 d by MacNab respectively after the treatment. Results The excellent and good rate was 89.6 %(78/87 cases) at 180 d after the treatment, which was significantly higher than that at 3 d (75.9%, 66/87 cases) and 90 d (79.3%, 69/87 cases) after the treatment(P〈0. 05). No difference was found in the excellent and good rate between cervical and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation at 180 d after the treatment (P〉 0.05). Conclusion Bipolar radiofrequency thermoplasty combined with medical ozone injection under the CT guidance is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with cervical or lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
