数字减影引导下行奇神经节射频热凝术治疗会阴部疼痛的疗效

目的探讨数字减影（DSA）引导下行奇神经节射频热凝术治疗会阴部疼痛的疗效。方法会阴部疼痛患者16例，经骶尾椎间盘行奇神经节射频热凝治疗后，于各时点评估疼痛缓解程度。结果与治疗前比较，患者治疗后各时点VAS评分降低（P〈0．05）。治疗后即刻优良率达93．8％（15／16例），高于其他时点（P〈0．05）。治疗后18个月时随访，优良率均在85％以上，且症状未见反复。其中，优效7例（46．7％），良效6例（40．0％），微效2例（13．3％）。结论DSA引导下行奇神经节射频热凝术可安全有效地治疗会阴部疼痛。

Efficacy of radiofrequency thermocoagulation on ganglion impar under the guidance of DSA for the t~eatment of patients with perineal pain

Objective To investigate the efficacy of radiofrequency thermocoagulation on gan glion impar under the guidance of DSA for patients with perineal pain. Methods Sixteen patients with perineal pain were received radiofrequency thermocoagulation on ganglion impar via sacrocaudal intervertebral disc under the guidance of DSA. The degrees of pain relief were evaluated at each time point after the treatment. Results Compared with pre-treatment, VAS decreased significantly at each time point after the treatment （P〈0.05）. The excellent and good effect rates were 93.8% （15/ 16 cases） immediately after the treatment, which was higher than those at the other time points after the treatment. All effective rates were above 85%, and no recrudescence was found at 18 months fol lowing up. There were 7 cases （46.7%） with excellent effect, 6 cases （40.0%） with good effect and 2 cases （13.3%） with poor effect. Conclusion The mothod of radiofrequency thermocoagulation on ganglion impar under the guidance of DSA is safe and effective for the treatment of patients with peri- neal pain.
