透明质酸酶用于治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征

目的 观察透明质酸酶用于肌筋膜疼痛综合征治疗的临床效果。方法 40例腰背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者，随机分为两组（每组20例），均采用痛点筋膜下阻滞。药物配制：A组利多卡因100mg、地塞米松5mg；B组利多卡因100mg、地塞米松5mg、透明质酸酶1500单位，均用生理盐水稀释至20ml。每周注射1次，连续治疗3周，治疗结束后1周评定疗效。结果 B组全部有效，总有效率100％，明显好于A组（16例，总有效率80％）（P〈0．05）。结论 肌筋膜疼痛综合征采用阻滞疗法时，复合透明质酸酶有利于提高治疗效果。

Clinical effect of hyaluronidase on myofascial pain syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical effect of hyaluronidase on myofascial pain syndrome (MPS). Methods 40 patients with MPS in waist and back were randomly divided into two groups , 20 patients in each group. All patients were injected in the trigger point. In group A, a mixture of lidocaine 100 mg and dexamethasone 5 mg diluted to 20 ml with normal saline was injected, and in group B, hyaluronidase 1500 units added in the mixture solution was injected. All patients were treated three times once a week. The effect was evaluated one week after finishing treatment. Results The cure and effective rates were significantly better in group B (20 patients, 100%) than that in group A (16 patients, 80%). Conclusion Trigger point block combined with hyaluronidase can improve the treatment results for MPS .
