摘    要:在卫生职业教育转型之际,大力推行“工学结合”、校企合作的人才培养模式,是卫生职业教育面临的新课题。广州医学院护理学院在专业建设过程中,积极探索以“工学结合”为切入点的高职高专人才培养模式,深化护理专业内涵建设,推进以就业为导向的职业教育教学改革,在管理体制、课程建设、师资队伍、工学交替、实训基地建设等方面进行了有益的探索,取得了显著的效果,获得了社会的好评。

Exploring the training model of "work-study combination" and intensifying the nursing program development

Abstract:With the developmental changing of the vocational education, the health vocational education is challenged by a new training model in which work-study combination and school-enterprise collaboration is implemented. During the developmental progress of nursing program, the teachers of School of Nursing of Guangzhou Medical College vigorously explores the training model of work-study combination, intensifies the nursing program development and promotes the teaching reform of vocational education oriented by employment. The school explores innovative approaches to the administration system, curriculum construction, faculty training, work-study alternation and training base construction, the notable result has been got.
