七年制医学生传染病学双语教学效果评价

摘    要:目的了解七年制医学生传染病学双语教学效果,探索传染病学双语教学模式。方法选取开展双语教学的2006级七年制临床医学专业(包括儿科学方向)204名学生进行问卷调查,了解他们对双语教学的看法和对双语教学效果的评价,并将2006级学生与未开展双语教学的2005级七年制临床医学专业(包括儿科学方向)196名学生的传染病学期末理论考试成绩进行对比分析。结果2006级七年制临床医学专业(包括儿科学方向)204名学生大学英语四级考试通过率达98.5%,六级考试通过率达78.4%。多数学生认为有必要开展双语教学,能够认可目前的传染病学双语教学模式,对传染病学双语教学整体效果、双语授课教师比较满意;认为目前传染病学双语教学的学时安排、教学方式合理。比较2006级和2005级学生传染病学期末理论考试成绩,其差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论在七年制医学生传染病学课程中开展双语教学是可行的,目前采用的双语教学模式达到了预期的教学效果,同时教学双方的英语水平、教材选择和教学方法与手段等方面尚有待于进一步改进。

The questionnaire survey of seven-year program medical students ’ evaluation about bilingual teaching of infectious diseases

Abstract:Objective In order to know the effectiveness of bilingual teaching of infectious diseases for seven-year program medical students and explore infectious diseases bilingual teaching method and model. Methods Questionnaire survey was carried out among 204 seven-year program medical students of Capital Medical University. Studied their views on bilingual teaching, evaluated teaching effectiveness. Compared the final examination results of students of grade 2005 and students of grade 2006. Results The percentage of the students that passed LET-4 is 98. 5%,and LET-6 is 78. 4%. Most of the students thought that it is necessary to carry out bilingual teaching, they could accept the present bilingual teaching model of infectious diseases, and they were satisfied with the overall effect of bilingual teaching and the teachers, they thought the current infectious disease bilingual teaching scale arrangement and teaching methods are reasonable. Compared the test result before bilingual teaching and after that, there was no significant difference (P〉0. 05). Conclusions The bilingual teaching of infectious diseases on seven-year program medical students is feasible. The model of bilingual teaching has achieved the desired teaching results. However, there are still some aspects need to be further improved, such as the English level of the teachers and the students, the selection of teaching materials and teaching methods aspects, etc.
