| 摘 要： | 目的探讨病例讨论在医学检验专业实习教学中的作用。方法以检验报告为核心进行设计和选择病例,围绕检验报告的规范性、准确性、完整性、实验结果的影响因素、拟诊断的疾病、存在问题及解决措施等进行讨论。结果强化了学生的检验质量意识,激发了学生的学习热情和兴趣,培养了学生严谨的工作态度,提高了学生的综合分析能力。结论病例讨论对培养医学检验专业学生严谨的工作态度和提高学生的综合分析能力具有重要的作用,是医学检验专业实习教学中值得探讨和提倡的一种教学方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To know the effect of case discussion in laboratory diagnostic medicine teaching.Methods We choose the clinical cases base on the clinical report,let the students discuss how to write report,how to analysis the factors influencing the report,how to solve the problems,and how to diagnose.Results Strengthened the student's examination quality consciousness,inspired their study enthusiasm and the interest,and fostered student's positive work attitude,improved student's comprehensive analysis ability.Conclusion Cases discussion is very important for students to build a positive attitude and improve the ability of problem solving and so it is an effective method in clinical teaching. |
