| 摘 要： | 研究生教育是建设世界一流研究型大学的关键,是培养高层次人才的主要途径。随着研究生规模的不断扩大,研究生的管理模式面临着挑战。我校根据医学研究生专业学习的具体情况,对研究生班级管理模式进行了探索和改革,打破了原来以年级为单位的横向班级管理,建立了以学科、专业(科室)为单位的纵向班级管理体系,取得了一定的成效。

| Abstract: | The education of graduate students is a major process of the qualified personnel resource as well as the most important key in the developing of the first-class university. With the increasing scale of the graduate students admission, the model to administer the graduate students faces a big challenge. According to the characteristic of bio-medical graduate students, we reformed the administrative model of the students, establishing the vertical classes instant of the grades and got some experiences. |
