实施医学生医患关系及医疗风险教育必要性的思考

目的了解我国医患关系的现状及其影响因素,思考如何建立良好的医患关系,以更好地开展医学生的的教育工作。方法通过案例分析,找寻导致医患关系紧张的原因。思考建立良好医患关系的方法与医学生教育途径。结果忽视和侵犯患者的权益、医疗质量和医疗费用的监管制度不健全、医院的服务存在问题、医院经营管理思想偏差、医患之间没有建立有效沟通、部分医生收受红包、医疗保险体制不健全、医疗事故鉴定体制不公正、患者及家属对健康期望过高、缺少对医生医疗服务的保障机制,等等,导致了医患关系的紧张。结论随着社会的进步,市场经济的建立和发展,人们道德观念、价值观念的变化,参与意识、法律意识、平等意识的日益增强,以及患者的就医需求从单纯的生理需求向生理—心理—社会综合型需求的转变,医患关系正面临着剧烈的冲击。建立良好的医患关系,以适应社会的文明与进步,显得极为重要。在医学生中开展医患关系及医疗风险教育十分必要。

Thinking about the doctor - patient relationship in China nowadays and correct ways of guidance of medical students

Objective To study the current relationship between doctors and patients nowadays,it can help us to know the causes,which tenses the doctor-patient relation in China and to explore how to establish good relationship,so that the guidance to students could be performed more effectively.Methods Based on the study of the final cases of dealing with the relationship between doctors and patients we concentrated to find out the methods to set up nice relationship between doctors and patients as well as the proper ways to guide students.Results The rights of patients was ignored and impaired.The existing supervisory policies of the quality of medical care and medical charge were not so complete as it should be.The service in the hospital was not satisfied.As to the ideas on the management in hospital,it had more to be expected.The doctor-to-patient or patient-to-doctor communications were disappointed,briberies in doctors occurred now and then.The system of medical insurance should be improved.And the institution of evaluating the medical accidents is not fair enough.Patients themselves and their relatives had much too high expectation to patients' health.The protecting mechanism to the doctors' service was not sufficient,and things like that.All of the above causes contribute to the current tense status.Conclusions With the development of society and construction of marketing economy,the change of people's ethics and value outlook have changed.The awareness of participation and the consciousness to laws and equality are increasing.The requirement of patients on the medical care has transited from mere physiological care to comprehensive care including physiology,mentality,and social effect.The relationship between doctors and patients are suffering from strong shock.It is very important to set up good relationship to adapt to development of society.So we think that it is essential to instruct students how to deal with the doctor-patient relationship and medical risk.
