摘    要:目的利用响应曲面法优化溶剂辅助提取藤茶中二氢杨梅素的工艺。方法根据单因素试验结果,选择对二氢杨梅素提取率有影响的因素及水平,采用响应曲面分析法进行设计,选出3因素最佳水平作为中心点,对提取时间、提取温度、液料比3因素3水平共17个试验点(5个中心点)的响应曲面分析试验,运用Design-Expert 8.0.5软件对17个试验点的响应值进行回归分析。结果采用乙酸乙酯作为提取溶剂,响应曲面法优化出的最佳提取工艺为:提取时间50.29 min,提取温度47.57℃、液料比25.16∶1(mL∶g),提取率为15.580 6%。结论优选出来的最佳提取工艺稳定、可行,提取效率高。

Optimization of organic solvent-assisted extraction method for dihydromyricetin from Ampelopsis Grossedentata by response surface analysis methodology

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction method for dihydromyricetin from Ampelopsis Grossedentata by response surface analysis methodology. Methods The single-factor experimental method was adopted to investigate the influences of extraction time, temperature and liquid-solid ratio. According to the optimized levels,response surface analysis methodology was designed and Design-Expert 8.0.5 software was used for the regression analysis in the later 17 individual optimization experiments. Results Ethyl acetate was used as the extraction solvent, and the optimal conditions for the extraction of dihydromyricetin were as follows: for 50.29 rain,the extraction temperature of 47.57 ℃, and the liquid-solid ratio of 25.16:1 (mL :g). The extracting yield was 15.580 6%. Conclusion The technology is stable,feasible and efficient.
