心肌超声造影实时三平面法的应用

摘    要:目的探讨超声实时三平面法心肌超声造影临床应用的初步效果。方法在20例患者中,经外周静脉弹丸式注射全氟显超声造影剂,进行超声实时三平面法心肌超声造影,观察三平面法各个切面中左室显影等级及造影剂空间分布情况,记录各个节段心肌显影效果。结果20例患者左室显影等级均为3级,造影剂空间分布均匀,心内膜边界显示清晰;所有患者左室壁心肌均获得了满意的显影效果。结论临床应用超声实时三平面法进行心肌超声造影,能从多个切面和角度同时观察各个节段心肌显影的效果。

Clinical Application of the Real-time Tri-plane Imaging Myocardial Contrast Echocardiography
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical application of the real-time tri-plane imaging myocardial contrast echocardiography with fluorocarbon.Methods The real-time tri-plane imaging left heart contrast echocardiography,using intravenous pill injection of fluorocarbon contrast agent,was performed in the 20 patients.Left heart opacification grades and myocardial contrast agent perfusions were observed.Results The left heart opacification grade of 20 patients was 3.Contrast agents enhanced visualization of the left ventricular border.The myocardial contrast agent perfusions of left ventricular walls were clearly visualized in 20 patients.Conclusion The effect of left heart segment myocardial perfusion was observed simultaneously from multi-plane and multi-angle by applying the real-time tri-plane imaging myocardial contrast echocardiography.
