| 摘 要： | 本文报告了经皮穿刺肝胆管造影(PTC)105例,经皮穿刺肝胆管引流(PTCD)20例。介绍了操作方法。PTC成功率为(110/125)88.0％:其中胆管扩大者98.9％,胆管不扩大者58.6％。PTCD胆管扩大者成功率为100％(18/18)。两组的并发症为4％。文章对如何提高PTC及PTCD成功率、减少并发症的发生进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | 105 cases of percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography (PTC) and 20 cases of percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage (PTCD) were reported in this article.The PTC series overall success rate was 110 out of 125 cases (88.0%):dilated bile ducts 98.9%,non-dilated ducts 58.6%.The success rate of dilated ducts in PTBD series was 100%.The complication rate of these two groups was 4% The paper has also shown the points of improving the success rate of PTC and PTCD,and reducing the occurence of complications. |
