| 摘 要： | 目的研究大肠癌组织的细胞周期分布状态与临床病理因素的关系,以及和细胞周期调节蛋白的表达水平是否相关。方法应用流式细胞术检测45例大肠癌临床标本细胞周期中G0/G1、S、G2/M期所占的比例,并检测每例标本的细胞周期蛋白CyclinD1、CyclinE、CyclinA、CyclinB1的表达水平。结合临床病理因素进行统计分析。结果肿瘤细胞G0/G1、S、G2/M期所占的比例和患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、病理分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、Dukes分期均无明显相关性,均P>0.05。G0/G1期的比例与CyclinD1、CyclinE,S期与CyclinE、CyclinA,G2/M期与CyclinA的表达水平均不相关,均P>0.05;但是G2/M期的比例与CyclinB1的表达水平正相关,r=0.335,P=0.035。结论大肠癌肿瘤细胞的周期分布和临床病理因素无关,肿瘤细胞周期蛋白的表达特点与体外培养的细胞系不同,表现得更加复杂多样。
