| 摘 要： | 对67例先天性心脏病患儿进行心脏收缩时间间期(STI)测定研究,以了解左室功能。结果:心内分流的法乐氏四联症、室缺及房缺均表现为PEPI延长、LVETI缩短和PEP/LVETI增大,反映左室功能降低。心外分流的动脉导管未闭ICTI明显缩短,反映后负荷减小,PEP/LVETI稍增大,提示左室功能降低不明显,这些特征有助于动脉导管未闭与心内分流先天性心脏病的鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | Systolic time intervals (STI) determination was studied in 67 children with congenital heart disease to understand left ventricular performence.A prolongation of PEPI,abbreviation of LVETI and elevation of PEP/LVETI were found in intracar-diac shunt diseases,i.e.tetralogy of Fallot,ventricular septal defect and atrial septal defect,which reflected a depression of left ventricular performence.A significant abbreviation of ICTI and slight elevation of PEP/LVETI were found in extracardiac shunt disease,i.e,patent ductus arteriosus,which suggested respectively that after-load was diminished and a depression of left ventricular performence was not obvious,these features being useful for distinguishing patent ductus arteriosus from the congenital heart diseases of intracardiac Shunt. |
