| 摘 要： | 目的观察Rhobtb2基因在人胃癌组织中的突变情况，探讨Rhobtb2基因突变与胃癌发生的关系。方法采用聚合酶链式反应一单链构象多态性（PCR-SSCP）方法对58例胃癌组织以及癌旁正常组织的Rhobtb2基因进行突变检测，采集1例正常人抗凝血作为正常对照。结果58例胃癌组织中发现1例位于外显子5的错义突变。结论胃癌组织中存在Rhobtb2基因突变，其突变可能与胃癌的发生有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mutation of Rhobtb2 gene and explore the relationship between Rhobtb2 mutation and sporadic gastric cancer. Methods Polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) was used to detect exons of Rhobtb2 from 58 patients with gastric cancer.
