狗肝硬化门脉高压症血浆5-羟色胺变化的研究

本文观察了结扎狗胆总管形成肝硬化门脉高压症前后门静脉、肝静脉、腹主动脉和下腔静脉血浆5-羟色胺浓度的变化。结果发现:实验后门静脉、肝静脉、腹主动脉和下腔静脉血浆5-羟色胺浓度较实验前均明显增加;实验前或实验后门静脉、肝静脉、腹主动脉和下腔静脉血中血浆5-羟色胺的相互比较,均以门静脉中最高。本实验为应用5-羟色胺二型受体阻滞剂治疗门脉高压症提供了依据。

The Experimental Research on Plasma Serotonin in Cirrhotic Portal Hypertension by Common Bile Duct Ligation (CBDL) in Dogs

The purpose of this experimental research is to observe the change in the level of plasma serotonin in the blood vessels, including portal vein, hepatic vein, abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava in cirrhotic portal hypertension by common bile duct ligation (CBDL) in dogs.The results showed that the levels of serotonin in portal vein, hepatic vein, abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava were all elevated after CBDL-induced cirrhosis. Before and after CBDL-induced cirrhosis, the concentration of serotonin in portal vein was significantly higher than those of hepatic vein, abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava, but there was no significant difference among the later three. The results indicates that the increase of plasma serotonin in portal vein may play a role in the pathogeneses of cirrhotic hypertension and the S2-serotorigic receptor antagonist might be used to reduce the pressure of portal hypertension.
