| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了系统管理方法和监护内容,提出高危妊娠的系统管理和监护是搞好围产期保健的关键,高危评分可判断高危妊娠的程度,是一个简单而易行的方法。产程图是及时发现产程中的问题和减少难产的有力措施。围产期的系统管理和监护可以降低母婴的并发率和围产期死亡率。

| Abstract: | This paper described the method of systematical control and content of monitoring. Our results suggested that systematical control and monitoring of high-risk pregnancy is crucial in perinatal health care: high-risk scoring is a simple and handy tool in evaluation of the risk of pregnancy; and partogram is a powerful measure in finding abnormal progression of labor and reducing the incidence of dystocia. We believe that the systematical control and minitoring in perinatalperiod could decrease maternal and fetal morbidity and perinatal mortality. |
