| 摘 要： | 对31例60眼近视施行“向心式”放射状角膜切开术,随访1～7个月,低度近视组3眼术后裸眼视力均达 1.0 以上;中度近视组44 眼中有43眼(97.7％)视力达1.0以上;高度近视组 11眼中有5眼(45.5％)视力为1.0;最高度近视组2眼裸眼视力均达到术前最佳矫正视力。作者认为“向心式”放射状角膜切开术疗效明显优于“离心式”。

| Abstract: | Centripetal radial keratotomy was performed on 31 cases(60 eyes)for the treatment of myopia. A 1-7 mohth follow-up showed that the postoperative uncorrected vi-sual acuity of 3 eyes with mild myopia was 1. O o?better. Of 44 eyes with moderate myopi-a,the acuity of 43(97. 7%)of the eyes were better than 1. 0. In five of 11 eyes with high myopia the acuity was >1. 0. 2 eyes with extremely high myopiavwere corrected to the best preoperative acuity. The results were satisfactory without serious complications. The author believe that the curative effect of centripetal radial keratotomy was better than that of "cen-trif ugal "techmique. |
