血管造影定量分析复杂先天性心脏病的临床应用价值

摘    要:为了解心血管造影定量测量先天性心脏病大血管的准确性及价值,对36例先天性心脏病患者行右心造影和B超检查,并测量主、肺动脉及室间隔缺损口径值。结果显示右心造影测得主、肺动脉主干及室间隔缺损口径值分别为(21.64士5.05),(11.4l±4.16),(12.90士3.90)mm,B超测得值分别为(25.77±5.25),(11.77±3.61),(13.60±5.60)mm,无明显统计学差异。认为利用血管造影机心脏软件包可准确测量右心造影各大血管及室间隔缺损大小,从而为术前评价手术风险性提供参考。

The Clinical Value of Quantitative Analysis of Angiography in Patients with Complicated Congenital Heart Diseases
Abstract:The value and accuracy of measurements of diameter of vessels by angiography in the patients with congenital heart disease (CHD) were studied. Thirty-six patients with CHD underwent angiography and B-ultrasound examination. The diameter of aorta, pulmonary artery and ventricular septal defect were measured. The result showed that the diameter of aorta, pulmonary artery and ventricular septal defect were 21.64 ±5.05 mm, 11.41±4. 16 mm, 12.9±3.9 mm measured by angiography respectively; while the diameter of those were 25.77t5.25 mm, 11.77±3. 61 mm, 13.6±5.6 mm measured by using ultrasonography respectively. There was no significant difference between them. It was concluded that the diameter of large vessels and ventricular septal defect could be exactly measured by using angiography, which could be used to evaluate the risk before surgery.
