根尖周肉芽肿内厌氧菌的间接免疫荧光检测研究

摘    要:本文收集36例很尖周肉芽肿标本,用兔抗厌氧消化链球菌、齿龈类杆菌、中间型类杆菌和小韦永球菌的多克隆抗血清,对其进行间接免疫荧光组织化学检测;同时对照HE染色和Gram染色观察。结果36例标本中有20例(55.6%)检出厌氧消化链球菌抗原,有22例(61.1%)检出齿龈类杆菌和中间型类杆菌抗原,而小韦永球菌仅发现2例;上述抗原定位于根尖周肉芽肿的渗出区、坏死区及根尖面,并与巨噬细胞有关。

Abstract:Serial eryostat sections of 36 odontogenic periapical granulomas of human tooth were prepared for demonstration of anaerobic bacteria by using indirect immuunofluo-rescencetechnique. The rabbit were against Peptostreptococaus anerobius(P. a), Becteroides gingivalis (B.g) , Becteroides intermedius (B. i) and Veillonella parvula (V.p) were used for identification of the bacteroides in this study. The sections of positive immunofluorescence were compared with the HE-stained and Gram-stained sections of the same sample. The results were as follows: There were 20 (55. 6%) antigens of P. a, 22 (61.1 %) antigens of B. g and antigens of B. i, and only 2 (5. 6 %) antigens of V. p have been found in 36 samples. The anaerobic bacteria with their antigens as mentioned above were found in the exudative zone, necro'tic zone and granulomas adjacent to the root-apex, and were also related to macrophage.
