| 摘 要： | 用放射免疫法测定精索静脉曲张不育症患者的血清及精液中的睾酮(T)、双氢睾酮(DHT)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)和催乳素(PRL)的水平。结果:患者血清 T、DHT 值较正常人有所下降,而LH、FSH 值较正常人明显升高(P<0.05),PRL 值则明显高于正常人,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。高PRL 血症可导致睾丸功能异常或抑制睾丸功能,影响精子生成。

| Abstract: | The sexual hormones (T, DHT, LH, FSH and PRL) levels in serum and seminal fluid in male infertility with varicocele were measured using a radio-immunoassay. The results show that the serum T and DHT contents are lower in the patients than in the controls, while the serum LH and FSH levels are higher in the patients than in the controls. From the above findings it may be suggested that these changes cause the damage of testis interstitial cells. It was also found that the serum PRL values increased significantly. Hyper-prolactinmia can result in abnormal testis function or testis function suppression, thereby reducing spermatozoa production. The treatment method of male infertility with varicocele were also discussed. |
