静电纺丝聚乳酸/聚己内酯共混纤维支架与兔脂肪源干细胞的体外生物相容性研究

摘    要:目的利用兔脂肪源干细胞评价静电纺丝聚乳酸/聚己内酯共混纤维支架的生物相容性。方法脂肪源干细胞取自新西兰白兔皮下脂肪组织,经分离、培养后接种到待检支架上,使用倒置相差显微镜和扫描电镜观察细胞在支架上的生长形态;MTT法比较支架上培养和常规培养条件下的脂肪源干细胞生长曲线与倍增时间。结果脂肪源干细胞在纤维支架上生长良好,生长曲线与常规培养时基本一致,两组间细胞倍增时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脂肪源干细胞能够在静电纺丝聚乳酸/聚己内酯共混纤维支架材料上正常生长增殖,该支架材料生物相容性好。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the biocompatibility of electrospun PLA/PCL blend fibrous scaffold with rabbit adipose-derived stem cells(ASCs).
