单侧多功能外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗胫腓骨不稳定骨折24例

采用单侧多功能外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗不稳定性胫腓骨骨干骨折24例。其中闭合骨折15例，开放骨折9例。手术方式为：先行胫骨骨折复位，钢丝和（或）螺丝钉内固定，必要时腓骨行同样固定或三梭针固定。然定在胫骨前内侧行单侧多功能外固定支架固定。经临床随访5－15月，平均9月，疗效满意。表明该方法既能使骨折精确复位，降低骨不连的发生、又能牢靠地固定骨折，便于早期功能锻炼、恢复肢体功能，同时也便于软组织损伤的处理，加快骨折愈合，是一种简便、有效的治疗方法。

Unilateral Polyfunctional External Fixation Cage Frame Combined with Limited Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Unsteady Tibia and Fracture

Twenty-four cases of unsteady tibia fibula and backbone fracture were treated with unilateral polyfunctional external fixation cage frame combined with limited internal fixation. Fifteen of the 24 cases were diagnosed as having closed fracture and 9 compound fracture. The operative procedures included: firstly, restore the tibia fracture, internal-fix it with tightwine and screw (in the same way fix the fibula fracture or do a three-arriss-picker fixation if necessary); second, do an external fixation with unilateral polyfunctional external fixational cage frame toward the internal-front side of the tibia. After a clinical follow-up of 5 months to 15 months (mean 9 months), satisfactory effects were obtained. It was proved that the therapy can not only reposit accurately the fracture to reduce the generation of nonunion, but also fix the fracture firmly benifical to the prime functional exercise and the refreshment of the extremity. At the same time, it is good to dispose the tissue lesion to set up the recovery of the fracture.
