子宫颈癌患者头发中11种化学元素含量的测定及其临床意义

本文测定了182例宫颈癌、124例其它肿瘤和127例正常对照者发样化学元素的含量。结果:宫颈癌和其它恶性肿瘤硒、铬和锌/铜比值显著降低,铜、镉显著增高;其它恶性肿瘤铁显著增高,锰显著降低;缓解期宫颈癌(除发镉外)和妇科良性肿瘤与正常对照相比差异均无显著性意义;宫颈癌复发时变化与治疗前相似。对正常女性、妇科良性肿瘤和宫颈癌三者以及其它恶性肿瘤及其正常对照二者分别行判别分析,判对率达78.7％、96.4％。

Determination of the 11 Chemical Elements in Hair of Patients with Cervical Carcinoma

The hair concentrations of chemical elements in 182 cases of cervical carcinoma,124 cases of other kinds of tumors as well as 127 normal controls were determined.The results showed that selenium,chromium and zinc/copper ratio significantly decreased,while copper and cadium significantly increased in patients with cervical carcinoma and other kinds of malignant tumor.Iron was significantly higher and manganum significantly lower in patients with other kinds of malignant tumor than those in the normal controls.There was no significant difference between elements in benign gynecological tumor patients,cervical carcinoma patients in remission (except Cadium) and those in normal subjects.Furthermore,the author differentiated the chemical elements spectrum among normal subjects,benign gynecological tumor,and cervical carcinoma patients,and that between other malignant tumor patients and the normal controls by stepwise discriminant analysis,with the correct discriminant rate being 78.7%,96.4% respectively.
